In the world of sports, everyone is busy! With that in mind, we created AthleteU's curriculum to only take 10 minutes of daily commitment, which can be completed at your own convenience. If you take your development seriously and have a goal of succeeding in your sport, you can spare 10 minutes a day for us!

Do athletes need to be from a specific sport to benefit from AthleteU?
AthleteU is designed for athletes, not specific sports. So whether you're a long-distance runner, a wrestler, or a running back, the basic building blocks of athleticism apply, and will be covered within the course.

What age is AthleteU appropriate for?
AthleteU is intended for athletes aged 12 to 16 years old (in conjunction with a parent/guardian) or independently by athletes aged 16 years or older.
